01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 789bat regarding your use of our website, mobile application, and all services provided by us.

02 User Eligibility

To register and use the 789bat platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Registering as an individual — not on behalf of a company, organisation, or any other legal entity.
• Not residing in a region or country where online gambling services are prohibited.

• Acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the 789bat platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to:

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Limits:

• Identity fraud including registering using another person's name, documents, or information.

• Spreading false information or defamatory statements about 789bat on any public platform or social media.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and legal action where necessary.
